At Belle de lune, we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible — with the same care we bring to every piece in our collection.
Order processing
- Same day: all weekday orders are processed the same day, excluding public holidays
- Next business day: orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day
- Verification & preparation: once your order is verified, it is prepared and shipped within 1 to 6 business days to the address provided
- Dispatch: all our products leave our central warehouse within 1 to 6 business days of the order being placed
- Promotions: we always do our best to guarantee delivery, but special offers may cause delays due to high demand
Estimated delivery times
- In general: 7 to 12 days, depending on product demand
- Peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, year-end holidays) or logistics constraints: 2 to 3 weeks
If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, you may request a refund for lost or undelivered items via our contact page.
Tracking & insurance
All shipments are insured and include a tracking number. Once dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also visit our Order tracking page.
Delivery in mainland France
Delivery is 100% free in mainland France on all orders. We also ship worldwide, including Corsica, Belgium, Switzerland, and the European Union (fees apply depending on the zone).
Shipping & customs
All our products are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia.
Belle de lune is not responsible for taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or clearance fees that may apply to your order. The customer is responsible for paying any amount required by customs; these fees are non-refundable.
Please note
- Incorrect address: if an incorrect address is provided and you do not inform us immediately after placing the order (before dispatch), and the parcel cannot be delivered, no refund will be issued. Any reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
- Address changes: once a parcel has been dispatched, the delivery address can no longer be changed, as parcels are handled by external carriers. The customer is responsible in cases of an incorrect address, relocation, or similar situations.
- Delays: logistics delays and customs formalities may affect the estimated delivery time.

Returns & refunds

We want every Belle de lune piece to accompany you with confidence and elegance. If something is not quite right, we have simplified returns — because your comfort matters to us.
Satisfaction guaranteed — 30 days
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it to us. Whether the fit is not perfect or you have simply changed your mind, we will take care of the rest.
Eligibility conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- The return must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient)
How to start a return
Contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you step by step.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 10 business days. The amount is credited to your original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once completed.
- Initial delivery is free in mainland France — no restocking fees, no surprises
- Return shipping and customs fees are borne by the customer in cases of change of mind or exchange
- Compensation will be issued within 5 to 10 business days once your return is received and inspected.
- Items purchased at full price will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Items marked as sale at the time of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
- A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from returns of non-defective items.
Exchanges
Belle de lune offers exchanges for eligible items.
You may exchange an item provided it is unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Once you provide a valid tracking link for your return shipment, we will issue store credit that allows you to place a new order for your preferred size or a different product.
Sale or discounted items may also be exchanged under the same conditions.
You may exchange an item up to two times, provided it meets our return requirements. If the same item is returned a third time, the case may be reviewed for personalized support.
If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will remain as store credit valid for 120 days. If the new item costs more than the original purchase, you may pay the difference at checkout.
Policy abuse
Belle de lune reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases of suspected policy abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
